Launched at the ICMR India Innovation Summit: Pioneering Solutions to End TB on March 19, 2025, the TB One solution is a major leap forward in TB diagnosis, drug resistance detection, and genomic sequencing.
What is TB One?
TB One is a pre-sequencing kit that prepares a ready-to-sequence library from TB DNA for Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS). Each kit can process 16 samples (after TB DNA extraction), making it efficient for diagnostic labs handling multiple cases.
But the innovation doesn’t stop there—TB One comes with access to Omega TB, HaystackAnalytics’ patented clinical reporting software. Omega TB delivers:
- A comprehensive clinical report
- Information on resistance to 18 anti-TB drugs
- Detection of mixed infections, non-tuberculous mycobacteria (NTM), and heteroresistance
- A single, standardized report that simplifies diagnosis
Labs also receive on-demand access to 2GB of sequencing data, making the whole process seamless and accessible.
