The process to claim this benefit is now easier than ever, thanks to the Ayushman App, launched by the Government of India.
This initiative is an extension of the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY) and aims to offer cashless treatment across 30,072 hospitals, including 13,352 private hospitals, for the elderly.
How to Apply via the Ayushman App
- Download the Ayushman App from the Google Play Store.
- Log in as a beneficiary using your mobile number and OTP.
- Click on “Enrollment for 70+”.
- Complete Aadhaar-based e-KYC.
- Upload a photo and submit the form.
- Download your Ayushman Vay Vandana Card in just a few minutes!
