📋 Key Rules for Pharmacy Customers
🔹 1. Prescription Is a Must for Scheduled Medicines
Medicines under Schedule H, H1, and X (like antibiotics, sleeping pills, and controlled drugs) can only be sold with a valid doctor’s prescription.

🔹 2. Original Prescription Required
Please bring the original hard copy of your prescription.
Scanned or WhatsApp images may not be accepted for certain drug categories.
🔹 3. No Exchange or Return of Medicines
Once sold, medicines cannot be returned or exchanged, especially if:
- The pack is opened or damaged
- The medicine is temperature-sensitive
📦 This protects all patients from receiving mishandled or expired medicines.
🔹 4. Check Your Medicines at the Counter
Before leaving, please check:
